In 2010, CBDC published the first-ever baseline in the 2010 Annual Report Card™ on the representation of women, visible minorities, Indigenous people, people with disabilities and LGBTQ+ on FP500 boards. Since then, CBDC has completed a year-over-year analysis to show the change in diversity on boards.
